What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher position at Brighter Beginnings Learning Center?
Brighter Beginnings is actively hiring an Assistant Teacher. We are looking for a dependable, caring individual who has a passion for working with young children and making a positive difference in their lives.
Experience in an early learning center is preferred however if you have an open mind to learn and discover the joy working with children, an assistant teacher position will help you gain the skills needed to effectively manage a classroom.
Compensation is based on advanced education (post-high school degrees or certificates), years of relevant experience in early childhood, and negotiable childcare discounts. Health and dental insurance, paid major holidays, and paid vacation days offered to full-time employees. Primary duties include assisting the lead teacher with lesson planning, assisting with daily classroom activities, classroom setup and cleaning, and communicating with families.
