Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $15-$20 / hr $1,000 Signing Bonus

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in our homes in Henrico, Chesterfield, and our community-based services .

Pay Scale Based on Experience & Certifications :
- 15 / hr – No proven experience or certifications.
- 16 / hr – At least 6 months of documented experience.
- 16.50 / hr – One valid certification (TOVA, Medication Administration, or First Aid / CPR).
- 17 / hr – Two valid certifications (TOVA, Medication Administration, or First Aid / CPR).
- 18 / hr – All three certifications (TOVA, Medication Administration, and First Aid / CPR).
- 20 / hr – One-to-one support role with documented proof of all three certifications.
