Pay Scale Based on Experience & Certifications:

$15/hr – No proven experience or certifications.

$16/hr – At least 6 months of documented experience.

$16.50/hr – One valid certification (TOVA, Medication Administration, or First Aid/CPR).

$17/hr – Two valid certifications (TOVA, Medication Administration, or First Aid/CPR).

$18/hr – All three certifications (TOVA, Medication Administration, and First Aid/CPR).

$20/hr – Weekend only - One-to-one support role with documented proof of all three certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide medication administration (if certified).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Light housekeeping and organization.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with errands and community outings.
- Work collaboratively with team members, clients, and families.
- Manage and redirect aggressive behaviors using approved behavioral intervention techniques.
- Uphold the Brighter Day Way—ensuring quality care and a positive environment.
- Follow all health, safety, and human rights guidelines.
Requirements:

- Experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
