Brighter Days Home Care is a family owned Home Care Agency currently serving over 250 clients in Tennessee. We seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This role requires a caring and patient-oriented individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care in the comfort of the patient's home. This position will be morning and afternoon shift.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS 9-15 HOURS PER WEEK. WEEKDAYS AND DAYSHIFT ONLY. NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED. WE OFFER VERY COMPETITIVE PAY $19 TO $20 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. ADDITIONAL HOURS CAN BE ADDED IN FUTURE

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide in-home care to patients with varying needs

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

- Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition

- Assist with household chores and light cleaning.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

- Document patient care and communication with healthcare providers.

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
