Summary
Brighter Futures Child Development is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will assist the Director in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children while managing staff, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community.
Duties
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Administrative Support :
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, classroom ratios, and enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records related to staff, children, and center operations.
- Support financial operations, including tuition collection and budget monitoring.
