Job Summary
We are seeking a fully licensed LPC or LMFT to join our dynamic therapeutic team. The ideal candidate must be family-systems oriented and passionate about helping families navigate complex relationships as well as individual issues. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work within a team-based therapeutic approach. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling.
- Engage in child family counseling to support family dynamics and improve communication among family members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies.
- Collaborate with other office professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide open communication with clients and family members to ensure all parties stay informed.
Skills
- Strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques and therapeutic modalities.
