Brighter Strides ABA is a leading therapy group that provides individualized In-Home and center- based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of highly experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family in order to design comprehensive treatment programs.

We are currently seeking BCBA/LBAs to join our team and contribute to improving the growth of children diagnosed with ASD.
Job Location:
Hybrid remote serving clients in Oklahoma City
Hourly
$75 - $85
(Depending on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities
Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments
Supervise in-progress ABA services
Prepare, supervise, organize and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of
the client’s IEP/IFSP
Coach and train Behavior Technicians
Provide supervision to all assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Provide direct services to the clients and their families, when necessary
Asses client progress through collected data
Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness
Maintain healthy work-life balance
Qualifications
BCBA and willing to commute up to once a month, and obtain LBA certification in the state of Oklahoma
Experience in ABA working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges, using Telehealth.
