Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral assessment and intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of our patients and their families.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and goals of each patient
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Experience:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to autism spectrum disorder and behavioral health
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and techniques
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in special education settings is a plus
