\n- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist RBTs in the field with the implementation of ABA programs.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to treatment plans and protocols.
- Provide feedback and coaching to RBTs to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to review and update treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of QA activities.
- Support the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to monitor client progress.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RBT or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data collection software and other relevant technology.
