Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our counseling, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. Candidate will make all office appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for clinicians.
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Process payments.
  • Assist with office management tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail, especially in handling patient information and records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
