We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our counseling, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. Candidate will make all office appointments.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for clinicians.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Process payments.
- Assist with office management tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail, especially in handling patient information and records.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
