The Category Manager & Presentation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, performance, and management of the Packaged Salad Category within the organization while being able to create and deliver visually engaging and effective presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to maximize profitability and growth within the Packaged Salad category. The Category Manager will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive sales, optimize product assortments while producing high-quality presentations that communicate key messages and support business objectives.
Specifically, You Will :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with business goals and consumer demands
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and product trends
- Provide regular reports on category performance, market insights, and competitor activities to key stakeholders
- Design and develop presentations (PowerPoint, etc.) that clearly convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner
- Create visually appealing templates, layouts, and graphics to ensure consistency across all presentation materials
- Utilize design and content strategy to tell a compelling story that resonates with the intended audience
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive appearance
