How you’ll contribute:
As a Middle Office Investments Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing operational support for the Derivative Hedging Strategy. Key responsibilities include the confirmation, settlement, payments, reconciliations and reporting on Derivative and Capital Markets transactions. This role will be multi-dimensional, as it will require the skill set to address all trading settlement, custodial and collateral open items as they relate to position and cash breaks. They will be expected to work closely with the Front Office and the Treasury team.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Provide confirmation / affirmation of Derivative transactions
Track and report on Key Risk Indicators
Ensure all payments have been satisfied and / or escalate issues
Create portfolio / account set ups on Osttra / MarkitWire
Investigation, resolve, and communicate breaks
We’re looking for people who have:
Knowledge of Derivative Products / Confirmation process / Payments
Working knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin
Excellent oral and written communication skills – the ability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately
Excellent organization, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to interface with all levels of management
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical, investment and business acumen
High level attention to detail

What you’ll receive:
Compensation – Base salary ranging from $83,000 - 95,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results
