How You’ll Contribute

This person will also assist with prospecting, including analysis of intel and data to make informed recommendations for further outreach.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Help move financial professionals through the buying continuum by scheduling face-to-face and/or virtual meetings on behalf of External Wholesalers.
- Prepare and edit written correspondence and verbal scripts for use with Financial Professionals.
- Make strategic recommendations to External Wholesalers for targeted prospecting.
- Analyze External Wholesaler’s territories using mapping software, data, and analytics.
- Provide recommendations to maximize territory efficiency and increase productivity.
- Analyze monthly Divisional Sales Manager reports to support retention and conversion of financial professionals.
- Utilize Salesforce dashboards regularly to assist with focused outreach.
- Increase participant attendance to company sponsored events using a prescribed process in partnership with Internal Wholesalers.
- Complete all tasks related to meetings, conferences, and marketing campaigns follow-up via outbound phone calls and emails.
- Ability to meet and exceed metrics for outbound calls and emails.
- Use CRM software to pull targeted advisor lists, log activities, and record relevant information on related to Financial Professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills; understanding of written business communication standards.
- Confident with making outbound phone calls.
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Previous CRM/customer service/relations experience.
- Adept at managing and adapting to varied communication styles with resiliency.
- Experience with scheduling software or technology a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as work independently and demonstrate accountability in the role and daily tasks.
- Must be able to work within eastern business hours.

- Compensation – Base salary ranging from $46,000.00 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
