Key Responsibilities
1. Work with employees to ensure seamless benefit enrollment and administration processes
2. Develop and implement comprehensive employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
3. Foster open communication channels by monitoring employee feedback and responding promptly to concerns
4. Collaborate with management to provide high-quality advice and service on daily employee relations and performance management issues
5. Support the development and promotion of employee recognition programs and events to boost morale and engagement
6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources or internal communications
3. Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for an employee audience
4. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
5. Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
8. Experience in event planning and execution for employee engagement activities
9. Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
