BrightKey is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager in Landover, MD. Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager , where you will lead and optimize our warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will play a critical role in overseeing inventory management, coordinating logistics, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What experience is required for this position?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Experience leading and managing teams in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge and experience with various types of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and lifts.

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Manage employee schedules to include warehouse shipping and receiving, as well as mail routes and shuttle routesDevelop and implement inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess warehouse performance.Maintain and oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.Qualifications for the Warehouse Manager :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven leadership and team management skills.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Forklift certification is a plus.Offer is contingent upon drug & background screening as required.Physical Requirements :
