Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Punch List Laborer to complete the punch lists of nearly completed residential homes.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform final walk-throughs of a construction site to identify imperfections, incomplete work, or areas needing adjustments based on project specifications
- Perform small-scale repairs such as patching drywall, caulking gaps, replacing damaged trim, fixing loose tiles, adjusting door alignment, etc.
- Perform touch-up work such as paint touch-ups, cleaning and polishing surfaces, and addressing minor cosmetic issues
- Collaborate with trades and the Construction Manager to ensure all punch list items are addressed
- Monitor the work of subcontractors to ensure punch list work is done timely and according to company standards
- Maintain records of work that is in process or has been completed for the Construction Manager and management personnel
- Ensure a high-quality finished product
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak so that others understand
- Able to listen to and understand others
- Able to effectively communicate in writing
- Able to understand and take instruction from written documents
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its best practices
- Able to develop and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships
- Able to work effectively independently
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, bending, and reaching
