As a Client Access Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries regarding mental health, domestic violence, and addictive disorders services, coordinating pre-screening paperwork, and informing clients of their cost share responsibilities. Your professionalism and effective communication skills will enable you to handle client inquiries, schedule follow-up appointments, and assist with Medicaid applications as needed.
