Key Responsibilities :

Welcome clients warmly, verify personal and insurance details, and collect co-payments.

Coordinate and manage clinicians' appointments, ensuring benefit and eligibility verification accuracy.

Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with established procedures.

Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and staff to resolve concerns.

Maintain organized and complete client health records.

Manage cash handling processes and balance daily transactions.

Coordinate and verify client referrals efficiently.

Utilize Electronic Medical Records applications proficiently.

Respond to phone inquiries, direct calls, and support leadership requests.

Maintain an inviting and organized reception area.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service monitoring.

Display excellent guest relations skills in all interactions.

Support additional duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications :

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.

Outstanding organizational and typing skills.

Proficiency in computer applications.

Reliable transportation.

Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse / neglect.

Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance coverage, and compliance with auto liability carrier's criteria.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit for extended periods and perform data entry.

Capability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.

Frequent standing, bending, and reaching as needed.
