Key Responsibilities :

Build, configure, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for the EHR system.

Participate in new module / application testing and implementation.

Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and address issues.

Plan and execute testing efforts for changes impacting the EHR system.

Maintain strong relationships with upstream and downstream business systems.

Contribute to system enhancements and special projects as needed.

Education and / or Experience Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology or Healthcare.

Minimum 3 years of experience in applications and systems design and integration.

Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.

Certification in a minimum of two application areas is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to establish and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Technical capacity and a strong understanding of computer systems.

Customer focus and a dedication to patient confidentiality and compliance.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
