- Initial Assessments: Complete comprehensive initial assessments for all clients, including gathering relevant information, conducting interviews, and analyzing data to inform treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, collaborating with School Based Therapists and Specialists to assign appropriate resources and provide guidance for the first 30 days of treatment.
