As a Training and Development Partner, you will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for employees throughout the region and organization. You will assess learning needs, drive training initiatives, and implement suitable training solutions to support employee growth and success. Our ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, has strong communication skills, and is highly organized.
