Your Role
The Talent Coordinator, reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent, will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition, talent management and learning & development processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and teammates, while also contributing to the company's overall talent strategy. You will assist with the coordination of orientation and onboarding, data gathering and presentation creation, program coordination, administration of the Applicant Tracking System, Talent and Learning modules within the company’s HRIS, and scheduling for recruitment and engagement initiatives.

Essential Functions
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing, as needed.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Perform background checks and reference checks.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist with recruiting events, such as job fairs and career panels, as needed.
- Onboarding and Talent Management & Engagement:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing necessary materials and coordinating orientation.
- Serve as back up to the facilitator for orientation.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and talent management activities.
- Process point redemption for the company’s reward and recognition program.
- Partner with system administrator (Hub Engage) to ensure full system usage for talent initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule teammate engagement activities.
- Data Gathering and Deck/Collateral Creation:
- Collect and analyze data related to talent initiatives.
- Track participation and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Create presentations and reports for the Talent team.
- Partnership with the internal communications team for consistent approach in creation and execution of materials.
- System Administration:
- Update the Applicant Tracking System, Talent and Learning Modules within the HRIS.
- Ensure all training materials are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support talent management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or talent management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent, and learning modules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
