Responsibilities

- Engage in strategic planning to enhance program effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure resources for program enhancements and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish policies that promote high-quality early childhood education.
- Educate parents and the community about the importance of early childhood education through workshops and public speaking engagements.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and growth among students.
- Working in a classroom as a lead or co-teacher for 30-35 hours a week.
