We are looking for a Project Manager who has extensive experience in managing the construction of multi-million-dollar homes. This candidate will work closely with the owner of the company to ensure the direction of the project is on schedule and within budget. Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities for commercial, residential and remodeling projects
• Ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, and clients
• Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, and project quality and cost control
• Design and implement checklists for inspections, quality control, and standard operating procedures
• Assume overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site
• Check vendors' and trade contractors' invoices and authorize payment
• Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers
• Strive for no-defect construction
• Consult with architect, engineer, builder, selections coordinator, trade contractors, and clients on plan revisions and change orders
• Communicate company's quality and performance standards to each trade contractor and supplier

**Preference will be shown towards Project Manager candidates with a 4-year college degree.

** Requirements include a minimum of 5 years project management and custom home building experience; additional experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects is a plus.
