Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose:
Home Visitation position focusing on parent-child relationships with a strength-based philosophy. The ideal candidate must have a desire to partner with Northern Kentucky families to foster positive parent-child relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Family Support through weekly home visits in one or two of the following counties: Campbell, Kenton, Boone
- Provide evidence-based curriculum and activities weekly to caregivers and children using Growing Great Kids Curriculum (training provided through employment)
- Family Centered Goal Setting
- Administer Developmental Screening
- Be accountable for high-quality documentation and service to families
- Connect families to community resources
Requirements:
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related Human Service field
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid Driver's License, insurance and reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to cultural competency and a deep understanding of the value of diversity, equity and inclusion

This is a non-exempt position with a salary range of $37,000 - $38,000.
