Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose :
Partner with individuals and families experiencing Category 1 Homelessness to identify resources, services, and opportunities while assisting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals.
Develop plans of care, link customers to available community resources.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist individuals and families to secure and maintain housing.
- Partner with families to create pathways to self-sufficiency.
- Maintain and build relationships with community partners.
- Provide connection to community resources and referrals.
Requirements :
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
- Working knowledge of the Housing First model.
- Licensed driver and reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage range of $17 - $18.
