Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose:
To provide trauma-informed therapeutic treatment to youth admitted to Homeward Bound Shelter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review referrals for program eligibility and complete intakes as needed
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Conducts assessments, completes treatment plans & other clinical documentation
- Work with other Treatment Team members to develop individualized service plan
- Coordinate the psychiatric needs of Homeward Bound Residents
- Collaborate with DCBS, school personnel, families, and other service providers to meet needs of youth
- Ensure program compliance
- Assist with On-call coverage
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Human Services Field
- Independent Licensed Counselor or Social Worker or other licenses to provide therapy (or working toward licensure) in the state of Kentucky required
- 2 years of experience with youth and/or families
- Crisis Management skills preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapies, treatment plan development, and risk assessment
- Residential experience is a plus
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and reliable transportation to transport youth to appointments
- Clean background check

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $48,000 - $52,000.
