Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospice Care Consultant at Brighton Hospice in Metro Detroit area. The Consultant will be responsible for providing outstanding hospice care service, including medicine management, critical care, home care, elder care, and training. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Critical Care Medicine skills
- Home Care and Elder Care experience
- Training in hospice care
- Compassion and empathy for patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Experience in a hospice or healthcare setting is a plus
- RN or LPN license preferred
