Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospice Liaison at Brighton Hospice based in Minneapolis, MN with the flexibility of some work from home. The Hospice Liaison will be responsible for providing end-of-life care, promoting hospice and palliative care services, engaging in sales activities, and coordinating with home care providers.
Qualifications
- Hospice Care, End-of-Life Care, and Palliative Care skills
- Sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Home Care services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- Experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is a plus
