We are seeking a Mental Health Tech I to support the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of adult residents while assisting them in achieving their treatment goals.
Job Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or GED
Experience : Minimum of 6 months of paid or volunteer experience in a related field
Position Overview :
As a Mental Health Tech I, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of adult residents in the Residential Program. You will collaborate closely with the treatment team to implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, addressing the residents’ comprehensive health needs.
You will play an important part in keeping adult residents safe and well in the Residential Program.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in developing and working towards residents’ treatment plan goals, actively contributing to the treatment planning process
Provide direct care and support to residents, helping them make progress on their recovery journey
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents in the program
