Part-Time Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative

Remote (Local Candidates Preferred)

Brighton Solutions is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative / Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team by conducting follow-up and cold calls to schedule meetings for our Sales Leadership.

We are a small business with strong client relationships, and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow while enjoying a flexible, part-time role.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Brighton Solutions and our services and set up meetings for our Senior Management.
• Follow up on warm leads and previous contacts to schedule follow up meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and prospect interactions within our sales and CRM tools.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong phone communication skills with a confident, professional, and friendly approach.
• A positive attitude that comes through in your conversations.
• Experience in inside sales, business development, or account management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely (local candidates preferred).
