As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close procedures
- Assist with inventory management and physical inventory counts
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
- Streamline and improve accounting processes and workflows
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- 3 year of experience in accounting or finance
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage 100)
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
