We’re looking for a Director of Engineering Projects in Indiana to take charge of large-scale, high-impact initiatives in the industrial sector.
This is a leadership role focused on overseeing the design, installation, and startup of critical new processes and equipment in petrochemical, refinery, or chemical manufacturing environments. You'll be managing projects with multi-million dollar budgets and driving operational excellence across key engineering functions.

Qualifications :
- 10 years of engineering experience in petrochemical, refinery, or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- Proven track record managing projects over $35M.
- Strong knowledge of PHA / HAZOP methods and process troubleshooting.
- Expertise in process equipment, plant piping, valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
