We are seeking a Director of EHS to lead our safety initiatives across all operations. The Director of EHS will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental compliance within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS training programs tailored for manufacturing operations.
- Conduct hazard analyses and establish safety protocols to protect our workforce.
- Audit safety programs for compliance with company standards and manufacturing regulations.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures to enhance workplace safety.
- Oversee all locations to ensure adherence to EHS standards and best practices across our manufacturing sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
- Experience in EHS management within a manufacturing setting, with a supervisory role.
- Professional certification in EHS is a plus.
Skills

- Proficient in creating compliance records and reports.
- Willingness to travel 25-30% within the US and Canada.
