The Chief HVAC & Utility Engineer is responsible to maintain and oversee the overall maintenance operations for the building. This includes but is not limited to the installation, repair and maintenance of the facility equipment, the oversight and upkeep of the building, utility services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and electronic equipment. This position may also serve in a lead capacity and fill in for the Project Manager as needed.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with experience in building maintenance operations to oversee the upkeep of vital systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.

What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to lead a team and take charge of preventative maintenance operations
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- An engineering degree is preferred (or equivalent experience)
