Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Anodize Supervisor to lead our anodizing team in Memphis, TN. As an Anodize Supervisor, you'll oversee the anodizing process, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the anodizing process to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Lead and develop a team of anodizing technicians to achieve departmental goals
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality output
• Analyze and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflows

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in anodizing processes and production
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and experience in implementing them
• Proven team leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
• Experience in metal finishing a plus
