Job Location - Midland, TX

Client Summary -

We providing pressure vessels and steel tanks for production facilities in the earlies. We are also able to support the innovative needs of upstream and midstream processing equipment.

Responsibilities -

• Receives and inputs data for Quality Assurance and performs appropriate filing.
• Assists in formatting all Microsoft Word and Excel documents in accordance with company policy and document tracking.
• Maintains electronic and manual filing system.
• Assists with meeting deadlines for assignments given by supervisor and manager with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains constant communication with supervisor and manager, reporting all issues or changes.
• Must have capability to learn internal software systems.
• Needs to have basic knowledge of ASME and API codes.
• Provides back-up for customer service/Receptionist positions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Quality Requirements -

• Must learn and follow all quality requirements in accordance with policy standards.
• Responsible for the monitoring of procedures and work instructions related to any software system.
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Ability to participate in group meetings. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have strong work ethics, be detail oriented, have professional attitude, be reliable, possesses strong organizational and time management skills.

Ideal Candidate -

• This position requires a high school education level.
• Proficient in Excel and Word, ability to type 60-65 wpm preferred, attention to detail, file management.
• Strong problem-solving skills required. Above all must be a team player with high level of dedication and honesty.
