About the Role
Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Control Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and be able to lead a team to develop and implement reliability programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking a leadership role to maintain a World Class Safety program and Safety Performance.
- Setting goals, developing and implementing programs to achieve plant and business objectives.
- Increasing on-stream time and reducing costs through improved equipment reliability.
- Tracking and trending reliability metrics (including TBC and costs).
Requirements include:
- BS or MS in mechanical engineering with experience in highly technical operations/facility management.
- 5-7 years' experience in Industrial/Manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma Skills a plus.
- Maintenance Engineering skills are required.
