Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team. This role plays a key part in managing company-wide analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure while supporting ML / AI-driven demand forecasting . You will work extensively with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to enhance data infrastructure, optimize forecasting models, and drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, and maintenance of our Snowflake data infrastructure , data schemas, and modeling.
- Develop and refine demand forecasting models that drive business-critical KPIs, including sign-ups, viewership, and customer LTV.
- Implement ETL pipelines , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Conduct deep financial and operational data analysis , identifying key trends and insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Content teams to develop data-driven strategies .
- Design and optimize A / B and multivariate experiments to enhance decision-making.
- Automate manual processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Develop interactive dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into performance trends.
