Senior Fire sprinkler Field Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for Inspection and Service to join our team. This role is critical for overseeing and supporting the inspection team and ensuring the quality and compliance of all fire sprinkler systems inspected in the field. The Field Supervisor will work closely with inspectors, providing guidance, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring all work aligns with safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Inspection Teams

Lead, coordinate, and support a team of inspectors, ensuring inspections are completed efficiently and in compliance with local and national fire codes.

Assist and troubleshoot any issues inspectors may encounter on job sites, using expertise in fire sprinkler systems to resolve challenges and ensure project completion.

Perform quality checks on inspections and services, verifying that all work meets our company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accurate record-keeping for all

inspections, services , and compliance reports, and assist in preparing documentation as needed.

Mentor and train inspection staff, staying up to date with industry standards and best practices.
