What Does a Week in the Life of the Specialty Mobile Healthcare Sales Support Look Like?
- Project Coordination and Support
- Oversees end-to-end project management of specialty mobile units, such as Mobile Stroke Units, Clinics, Critical Care Units and Training Units, by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Conducts final inspections and participates in in-service delivery walk-arounds with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any last-minute needs when units are ready for pickup.
- Supports the VP of Business Development and CEO by tracking project milestones, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues that could impact progress.
- Administrative and Sales Operations Support
- Coordinates requirements for new business deals, assisting in developing and negotiating contracts in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in Frazer’s CRM system, including information on sales opportunities, interactions, estimates, order forecasts, and customer orders.
- Supports the CEO and VP with customer inquiries, providing technical specifications, quotes, and product information as needed.
- Customer and Relationship Support
- Assists the VP of Business Development and CEO in identifying and nurturing client relationships by supporting client interactions and maintaining consistent follow-up on project and sales inquiries.
- Responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, in person, or mail, providing technical specifications, pricing, quotes, and other relevant information.
- Represents Frazer at customer visits, trade shows, and events to build relationships and ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Sales Cycle and Bid Management
- Assists in managing the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing and cash receipt, with a focus on maintaining project timelines and meeting client expectations.
- Accurately configures, prices, and quotes complex products, including Mobile Stroke Units, Clinics, and other specialty equipment, ensuring consistency with customer requirements and internal pricing standards.
- Supports bid and RFP responses, coordinating submissions of product offerings and pricing.
- Process Improvement and Alignment with Core Values
- Identifies opportunities to enhance productivity by implementing changes to improve project and process efficiency.
- Actively embodies Frazer Core Values while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Required Education and Experience:
- Proven track record in technical sales or a similar field, with the ability to understand and communicate technical details effectively.
- Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing projects, with knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and work collaboratively across departments.
- 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in a healthcare or mobile solutions environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
- Non-CDL DOT certified or ability to obtain certification after hire.
- Reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance.
- Completion and clearance of all pre-employment screening.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred.
- Experience with project management software.
- Background in selling to municipal governments and/or the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking and managing customer interactions.
