Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education to join our team as a Lead Teacher. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to design creative curriculum, work in state-of-the-art classrooms, and receive comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
- Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
- One year of experience working with children.
