What will you be doing?
As a Training Specialist Your Responsibilities Include
- Use L&D strategy to design, develop, review and update eLearning modules, micro-learning, videos, courses, webinars through virtual and in-person delivery
- Overseeing training completion and reporting on LMS
- Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing various instructional strategies.
- Facilitate weekly employee orientation
- Identify and assess training needs within the organization
- Assisting with the development of training programs and initiatives
- Assisting new developments with onboarding
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3 years demonstrated experience in Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred in Adobe, Articulate, Canva
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
- Valid passport with ability to travel within Canada and USA
