Purpose: The Recruiting Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team by developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet company objectives, attract qualified candidates, and oversee full-cycle recruitment processes across various centers and regions. This role combines leadership with hands-on recruitment tasks to ensure the organization's staffing needs are efficiently met on a wide scale.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the recruitment team to ensure recruitment efforts meet organizational goals. This includes direct involvement in recruitment activities, setting an example as a working supervisor.
- Partner with leaders in the organization to determine staffing needs.
- Create and maintain accurate onboarding records and provide reports on progress to management
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates alongside Hiring Managers.
- Analyze recruitment trends and metrics with Director of Talent Acquisition (NA) and Employee Relations (NA) to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Ensure recruitment teams maintains accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, Hiring Managers interactions and other recruiting activities.
- Coaching and training new and current Recruiters to increase hires and productivity.
- Continued understanding of current industry/market trends and using knowledge for recruiting improvements within those markets.
- Guide the Onboarding Specialist on methods to gather the new hire paperwork to ensure compliance.
- Implement new strategies as it relates to Onboarding to build up brand awareness with new hires on day one.
