The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support, track data, prepare reports, and assist with managing office needs. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to three teams located in Granite City and East St. Louis who serve families within four counties (Madison, Monroe, Randoph and St. Clair). This role coordinates events with community stakeholders and Brightpoint Advisory Council meetings. The Administrative Assistant supports external communications such as newsletters, social media, and Partner agreements. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support, track data, prepare reports, and assist with managing office needs including answering phones.
Candidate qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years’ related experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft products for documentation preparation, data collection, and reporting preferred.
Job details:
- Compensation: Hourly: Range is between $18.47-$20.78/hour, offers are commensurate with experience. Bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
