Brightpoint is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment for all students in our Early Childhood Education centers. The Bilingual Inclusion Aide is responsible for assisting students who have disabilities or special needs with addressing safety, personal care, and other daily needs to ensure effective inclusion in classroom learning and activities. As the Inclusion Aide, you will help to maintain classroom environments that are developmentally appropriate and meet the needs of individual students, assist with executing individualized students plans, and provide Conscious Discipline curriculum support.
Candidate qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Development required.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Job details:
- Compensation: Hourly: Range is between $16.31-$18.39 per hour, offers are commensurate with experience and bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
