The ECE Training and Development Specialist is a critical member of the Early Childhood Education training team. As an ECE Training & Development Specialist you will develop, coordinate, and facilitate professional development training for early childhood education staff to meet staff needs and comply with requirements of various funders, accreditation, and licensing bodies. The Training and Development Specialist tracks staff progress and provides guidance to staff on their Education Plans.
Candidate qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in early childhood or related field required; an Associate’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with relevant early childhood coursework may be accepted.
- At least one year of experience in early childhood teaching and/or training for adults required.
- Experience with staff training and development preferred.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.

- Compensation: Salary range is between $45k-$56k; offers are commensurate with experience. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
