Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and select suitable candidates based on Brightpoint JAG guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with school personnel to ensure a successful program.
- Advocate for the program and build community support through outreach, job opportunities, and public relations activities.
- Organize and lead a JAG Career Association chapter, promoting teamwork, community service, and civic engagement.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and support to youth within established limits.
- Record and manage data using online systems, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist youth in finding employment or post-secondary education, ensuring a satisfactory outcome within 12 months.
- Implement Brightpoint Values in all aspects of the role.
