Position Overview :
Join the Brightside ABA team and be part of a compassionate community dedicated to supporting neuro-diverse families. We're committed to delivering timely and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services without waitlists, ensuring children aged 2 to 12 receive the support they need, whether at our centers or in-home.

Lakeland, Florida, or surrounding areas

- Implement Behavior Analysis Support Plan (BASP) precisely as instructed.
- Collect data in every session according to BASP instructions.
- Monitor client progress and probe for advancement opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for program adjustments based on client needs.
- Develop necessary materials for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the team.
- Attend scheduled training / supervision meetings.
- Meet billable hour requirements.
- Adhere to the Profession's ethical compliance code for ABA.
- Maintain confidentiality and report potential ethical violations.
