BrightSide Clean Pros is hiring (2) reliable, hard-working Assistant Technicians to support our Lead Technicians with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and holiday light installation services. We provide high-quality tools, professional training, and a fun, high-standard work environment!

About the Role:

As an Assistant Technician, you’ll:

• Prep vehicles and work zones with tools, cones, and materials
• Assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning & holiday light installation services (we’ll train you!)
• Greet homeowners and represent our company with professionalism
• Capture before/after photos
• Help with light marketing: placing door hangers and yard signs
• Support job flow taking instruction from Lead Technician

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver’s license (required)
• Is comfortable on ladders & rooftops (required)
• Can lift 50 lbs and work outside in any weather (required)
• Has great communication and a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in doing the job right — safely and professionally

Pay & Perks:

• $18/hour training
• Performance Pay:
• 13% on window cleaning jobs
• 10% on pressure washing & gutter cleaning jobs
• Bonus Opportunities

Work Schedule & Uniforms:

• Monday–Friday (occasional weekends for weather days)
• Start Time: 6:55 AM | End Time: When all jobs are done for the day
• Uniforms Provided: Shirts, jackets, hats
• Bring Your Own: Khaki work pants (100% polyester recommended)
